PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY SINCE IT DESCRIBES THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE COLLECT AND USE THE INFORMATION, THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH WE DISCLOSE OR SHARE INFORMATION AND HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE CERTAIN INFORMATION WE HAVE COLLECTED ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU USE OUR MOBILE DEVICE APPLICATION, THE GOOD FIGHT (“APP”). information we collect and how we USE IT We use the term “Personal Information” to refer to any information you provide in connection with your use of our App by which you can be personally identified. Personal Information may include such things as your name, street address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address and any other information which might reasonably be used to identify you. By linking to your Facebook account to the App, you give us permission to access Personal Information from your Facebook account. The Personal Information we obtain about you from Facebook may depend on your own personal privacy settings or on Facebook’s policies, so be sure to check what those are. Please note that when you use our App, other users of the App may be able to view your activity, and if you choose to share your activity on Facebook, Facebook user may be able to view that activity. When you access or visit our App, we and our operational service providers may use technology that can recognize, collect and/or transmit information that is associated with your device. We use the term “cookie” to refer generically to any technology that can recognize, collect and/or transmit information about your visits to our App. This type of information may include such data as your device’s unique identifier, geolocation data, the Internet or web domain that referred you, the type of operating system and browser you are using, the date and time of your visit, and other data relating to activities on our App. This information may be used by us, among other purposes, to analyze trends, administer our App, track user movements on our App, and gather aggregate demographic information about visitors so we can continually improve our App. We may also use the information to send you push notifications. We may also use cookies on our App to recognize a users’ device each time and to keep count of how often you return. Cookies can also track how you use our App, your preferences for features and functions, and they can store information such as your user name and password so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you return to visit. Please note though that setting a browser to reject or delete cookies may limit your experience on our App. Disclosure to Third Parties Our policy is to not sell, rent, lease, provide or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to unaffiliated entities unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We also try to limit information access to individuals who need to have such access to perform their responsibilities associated with our App. The Internet, however, and communications cannot be guaranteed to be secure and it is possible that others may unlawfully intercept or access information, transmissions or communications to, from or within our App. THIRD PARTIES The App may contain links to third party apps or websites, such as Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices at these third-party apps or websites or their use of your information. As such, we recommend that you review their privacy policies. CHILDREN Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided his or her personal information to us, please send us an email at TGFsupport@theviaagency.com. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY We may edit, amend, modify and update our Privacy Policy at any time by posting updated text on or link to our App. When we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on our App. We display the Effective Date at the top of our Privacy Policy so that you will know when there has been a change. Your continued use of our App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance to the modified terms and conditions set forth herein.
